Fairy Houses with Emily Schamburek
Saturday August 9th, 2-6pm at Tooth and Nail Studio 2018 S 1st street Suite 308 Milwaukee.
Adult session! For ages 16 and up
Participants will learn hand-building techniques using slabs, coils, and pinch pots to create whimsical dwellings fit for fairies, forest creatures, or tiny magical beings. Whether it’s a mushroom-roofed cottage, a tree-trunk tower, or a cozy burrow, each house will be one-of-a-kind and full of character.
Pieces will be clear glazed and fired after class and available for pickup 2-3 weeks later—ready to be displayed indoors or tucked into the garden.
Emily Schamburek is a potter who work is inspired by nature and colors that bring pops of joy to everyday life. When she is not working with clay she is a nanny for two young boys.
